• How long does it take to implement a project from the time of order?

  The implementation time depends on the scope of the project. Smaller renovations take 2-4 weeks, new construction of family houses 6-12 months. After the first consultation, we will provide you with an exact schedule with completion dates. Each order depends on the current capacity of the company and depends on the agreement with the client.

• Do you also carry out orders outside the capital?

  Yes, we operate throughout the region. We serve the capital and its surroundings within 50 km as standard, for more distant locations we will arrange individual conditions. We also service the Benešov region, Sedlčany and Votic regions. Contact us to check availability in your area.

• Can I supply my own material?

  Of course, we respect your wish to use your own materials. However, we recommend consulting in advance about the compatibility and quality of the materials so that we can guarantee the quality of the work performed and provide a warranty.

• How does the first consultation work?

  The first consultation is free. We will visit you on site, discuss your ideas, evaluate technical options and prepare a non-binding price quote. The meeting usually lasts 60-90 minutes.

• Do you also provide follow-up service or maintenance?

  Yes, we provide after-sales service and regular maintenance. We guarantee all our work and are available for minor repairs or adjustments. You can rely on us even after the project is completed.

• Do we complete work after other companies?

  Of course, we can complete an ongoing order, but we prefer cases where there is a logical reason for changing suppliers. We do not want to take orders from anyone and we are not one of those companies that specializes in making excuses for previous suppliers.

• Is it possible to combine different systems (e.g. heating systems of different brands)?

  Combining different systems is possible, but not always. In each such situation, we consult with the manufacturers of both the existing and new system to ensure compatibility and proper functionality.

• Do we provide building permits and documentation?

  Yes, for most of our clients we provide complete administration, including building permits, additional permits and construction passports. We will handle all official matters for you.

• Do we provide documentation of installations after completion?

  Yes, we can create detailed documentation of the installation management so that it is clear in the future where everything leads and there is no unwanted damage. However, this service is not a standard part of the order and must be agreed in advance.

• Do we carry out inspections of gas boilers?

  The inspection and commissioning of gas equipment is provided by our cooperating specialized company with the appropriate authorizations. We will coordinate everything for you.
